At Louise Carter Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry back in its original Louise Carter gift box and secure it within a protective mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
